This tutorial explains how to navigate to the automation settings, create custom keywords, and define the message to be sent as an automated response. This guide is useful for anyone looking to streamline their communication on Facebook and/or Instagram and provide quick responses to common queries or offers. 1. Navigate to the [Automated Responses](https://business.facebook.com/latest/inbox/automated_responses) page in Meta Business Suite. 2. Click the **Create automation** button.  3. Click on **Custom Keywords**.  4. Click the **Create automation** button in the bottom right.  5. Click the **Name** field.  6. Type a name to help you identify this automation, like _OFFER Auto-Responder_. 7. Click the checkbox(es) for where you would like this auto-responder to be active. Type up to five keywords you want to auto-respond to. They will need to match exactly when people DM you. In this example, we are using _OFFER_. 10. Click in the **Message** field.  11. Paste or type the message you want to be sent as an automated response. You can also add pictures, buttons, emoji, and even add personalization like the user's name! 12. Click **Save changes**.
